It felt really good to get back into the swing of things after being sick last weekend. The weather was perfect today and I got to photograph a really fun and adorable family. These two boys were perfect...cute AND well behaved (and so were their parents) :) I have so many favorites from this session! I hope you enjoy your sneak peek!

Cameron is my ONLY nephew and I can't believe Cameron is turning six next month (on Thanksgiving to be exact). I had so much fun taking his portraits today. He gave awesome eye-contact the entire time and we were able to hit a few favorite spots. We even had time to stop and play for a few minutes. He is always a joy to photograph, next time I hope your parents join in the fun!
Cameron, I hope you have a fantastic 6th Birthday that continues through the year :)

Sometimes you meet people and instantly love them, Jerry and Keely are no exception! These two totally make me smile! Jerry is funny and Keely is smiley :) They take amazing photos (see below) and I can't wait to shoot their wedding in June. As much as I love photography, I have to limit the amount of work I take on to be available for my own family. I am currently all booked for 2009.

It was a perfect fall day for hayrides, hot chocolate, chili, finding pumpkins, and painting scarecrows :) oh and dressing up, how could I forget the costumes!!! A Special thanks to Cameron's Aunt Kathy for hosting this fun event that made my girls crash on the way home.
p.s. her home is a photographers dream, it makes me wish I lived in the middle of nowhere :)
First, this kiddo is full of energy and so darn cute! His blond hair and blue eyes are to die for. I had a lot of fun and he definitely kept me on my toes.
Second, I think I found another favorite place to shoot where the light is super yummy!

I've known Shannon since high school and she holds a very dear place in my heart. She is seriously the most fun and compassionate person I know. I couldn't be happier that she's choosing Brandon to grow old with. These two really compliment each other and I can just tell that their love will last forever. First, let me say that Brandon is the most patient guy I have ever met...and he makes her laugh, what more can a girl ask for? I can't wait for the wedding in November.
